Stan is the founder and lead consultant of GreyStone Business Solutions, Inc. He is an industry expert, author, professor and leader in the field of Business Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Operations Revitalization. He gets companies to reach their potential through improving what they do on a daily basis.
With over thirty-five years experience in Manufacturing Operations and Materials Management, Stan has helped a multitude of companies ranging from small, privately held start-ups, to giant multinational corporations. The methodologies and practical applications he implements help to eliminate wasteful steps in processes, control inventory levels, strengthen the entire supply chain, increase sales but more importantly increase profitability to a company. Stan has had and continues to have tremendous success with this strategic approach that has stretched across a variety of industries including: electronics, plastics, machining, printing, p.o.p, capital equipment, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and cosmetics, food, aerospace and defense.

Stan’s background includes holding C-Level and General Manager Positions in the corporate world as well as Senior, Fellowship and President of non for profit organizations. He has had the distinct honor in 2007 of being selected by the People to People Ambassador Program to participate in a twelve person manufacturing delegation to China. Stan publishes numerous articles and frequently speaks on manufacturing process improvement topics. He has been a featured speaker at the 1997 & 2004 World Manufacturing Symposiums in South Africa.
Stan received his Masters of Business Administration in Total Quality Management and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Dowling College. He is certified by APICS as a CFPIM, and is a Past President of the NYC-L.I. Chapter. Also, Stan is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Additionally, he is an adjunct professor for the School of Business/Industrial Technology program at the New York State University at Farmingdale. |

Cesar has more than 17 years of practical experience in Consulting, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Building Business Relationships, Training and Organizational Development. His broad experience base includes operational strategies, change management, and business process redesign.
Cesar has worked in Latin America as well as in the United States in a variety of industries including automotive, architectonic glass manufacturing, consumer products, food processing and pharmaceutical packaging. This includes both high-volume and job-shop environments.
Since 1995, Cesar has completed multiple projects and training in diverse multicultural environments. Lean manufacturing techniques were taught and instituted for several companies in both Spanish and English, working with individuals and small groups to implement a positive change.

David Klauber is a business process consultant with over 25 years of practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Working Capital Improvements, Contract Administration, Financial Analysis and Business Process Redesign. He has lived and worked in a variety of multi-cultural environments including North, Central & South America, Europe and Australia, and is fluent in Spanish and French .
Some of the industries with which he has been involved are adhesives, beer, chemical processing, commercial aerospace, computers, consumer products, commercial and military electronics (OEM and components), food processing, industrial pumps, medical equipment leasing, packaging, plastics, steel, and transportation. Dave has worked in high-volume production and job shop environments as well as service industries.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and is certified in Production and Inventory Management with APICS - CPIM. Teresa Grange

Teri is an accomplished professional with over twenty-three years of experience in the financial business industry, including Operations, Lean, Six Sigma and Process Improvement.
As a Vice President with JPMorgan Chase, her extensive career contributions included branch management, product management, sales and client services. Most recently Teri held the position of Small Business Financial Services New Acquisition Team Leader responsible for the Long Island business market.
Teri served on the Chase Board of Managers, consistently ranked within the top 10%
of the Channel Management Group and successfully managed merger unifications and technology deployment.
Teri holds numerous licenses and certifications in the financial industry. Her studies were at Hofstra University and the College for Financial Planning. She also is an active member of the NYC-LI Chapter of APICS
